Brilliant hotel in a very central location with very nice and courteous staff at the reception desk. Particularly good and perfect breakfast with coffee maker, cold drinks.

The location was particularly good, around 10-15 minutes walk from The View. You could walk to a shopping centre and chemist's. The room was new-fashioned with a great view, coffee machine, as example, had the best night sleep. The daily breakfast was tasty and delicious with meat, coffee maker and ample options for everyone.

The viev from the hotel, we stayed at the 23rd floor and the view was really nice especially at night. The hotel is a bit far from the centre but we did not mind the stroll and in our opinion the price was fair for such a distance. The bed was really comfortable, and the size of the room really nice. - we did not feel crammed...
The walls are pretty thin - we could clearly hear people speaking next door. We did not take the breakfast because the price was too high for our liking - 40 pln per person is quite expensive especially when you can go out and have a tasty and loads cheaper breakfast in a noodle house round the corner. Though, I think most rates in such hotels in Warsaw will be similar so its a question of preference. The room and the view are spectacular, but the bathroom design was a total dissappointment it seems they spent whole amount of money on the room and bargained on the bathroom. Moreover there are already some still minor but already visible faults - the shower tub did not drain the water properly and while showering you stood ankle high in water. Moreover, there must have been some leakages from the bathroom on the floor above which have been repaired but masked really poorly. Still on the whole we enjoyed the stay for one night but in our opinion the hotel does definitely not deserve a four star rating...

Price is truly an advantage!
Front desk staff badly needs training on customer service ! (Angelika chewing gum and even making bubbles - I couldn't believe what I saw!), then issuing 3 separate keys for a faimly of 3 seems impossible, houseekeeing enetering your room without even bothering to knock first...
